1. Requirements to Rent a Car

• Valid Driving License: A valid driver’s license is required to rent a vehicle.
• Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express accepted.
• ID or Passport: Official identification is required during check-in.
• Mode of Payment: We accept payments with credit card, debit card, or cash.

2. Warranty or Deposit

• Security Deposit: The deposit amount depends on the selected vehicle category and ranges from $250 USD to $500 USD.
• Credit Card Hold: The amount will be blocked on your credit card during CHECK-IN and released after vehicle return during CHECK-OUT.
• Cash Deposit: In some cases we also accept cash deposits as vehicle guarantee.

3. Payments & Age Requirements

• Accepted Payments: Credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), debit cards, and cash payments are accepted.
• Minimum Age: The minimum age for car rental is 24 years old.
• Young Drivers: Drivers from 20 to 23 years old have an extra cost of $4 USD per day.

4. Free Shuttle Service

• Cancun Airport Pick-Up: After collecting your luggage please go directly to the Family and Friends Exit.
• Meet Our Representative: Our staff will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
• Fast Transportation: Shuttle transportation to our nearest office located approximately 6 minutes from the airport.

5. Pick Up & Delivery Service

8. Extra Hours Policy

• 60 Minute Tolerance: Customers have a tolerance of 60 minutes after the registered return time.
• Additional Charges: Extra hourly charges apply depending on the rented vehicle.
• Extra Day Charge: Delays longer than 4 hours generate an additional rental day charge.

9. Included Coverages

• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Reduces the customer responsibility in case of partial or total vehicle loss to a stipulated deductible.
• 10% Deductible: Customer responsibility is limited to 10% of the vehicle value.
• SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance): Covers third-party bodily injury and property damage up to 1,500,000 MXN per accident.
• PAI (Personal Accident Insurance): Covers bodily injury to vehicle occupants up to $200,000 MXN per accident.
